The Carolina Disc Golf Club of UNC-Chapel Hill - Weekly Doubles
During the school year, there is a weekly doubles tournament that usually takes place on Saturdays at 10:30 AM, and in the summer, an extra doubles tournament takes place on Mondays at 5:30 PM. These tournaments are very informal, and are designed to help golfers meet and compete with other golfers in a relaxed, fun environment. Cost is $4/player. Prizes (shirts, discs, etc.) are awarded to the top team (top 2 teams if enough players show up). The weekly doubles is a fundraiser for the Club and a great way to support UNC discgolf, so come on out!! Interested players should meet at hole #8 near the UNC Administrative Building parking lot at least 10 minutes before the start time. View Map

Furious George does it again! He skipped in an ace on Hole # 2 with a 175 Orc. Great job Andrew! Oh yeah, he and Silent J. won the doubles too. We had 11 golfers, so we paid out for second place as well.
